CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

7. It is not possible to return the product used in Headphones and Vacuum Cleaner products (Robot vacuum cleaner and Rechargeable vacuum cleaner) due to hygiene conditions.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNPREDICTABLE REASONS:

9. If force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the Buyer. The buyer may request to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or postpone the delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

If the value of the goods decreases or the return becomes impossible due to a reason arising from the BUYER's fault, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to the fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for any changes or deteriorations that occur due to the improper use of the goods or product within the right of withdrawal period.

20. If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER falls below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED:
