- When two USB-C ports are used simultaneously, connect your laptop to the bottom port.
- Charging cables required for compatibility are not included in the box contents and must be purchased separately.
- For best 100W charging performance, it is recommended to use an E-Marker supported cable.
- The USB-C to Lightning cable draws power from the charger even when not connected to a device.
- Due to the MacBook charging recognition system, it is normal for the battery icon to show a plug sign when using a third-party charger. It will enter normal charging status after about 1 minute.
