According to regulations, the maximum headphone volume should not exceed 100dB. To protect your hearing, the maximum volume of Life Q30 is set to approximately 95dB. It is recommended that you do not listen to extremely high volume levels for long periods of time.
For the best sound quality, noise cancellation, and call experience, make sure the left and right earbuds are inserted on the correct sides and create a tight seal around your ears. Playtime varies by volume and audio content.
